To provide the North East Enterprise Agency and the North East Mayoral Combined Authority with a new enterprise strategy and performance framework.

Solution

Undertook primary research and stakeholder engagement across the North East business ecosystem resulting in a co-designed enterprise strategy and performance framework aligned to the Mayoral Strategic Authority's inclusive growth agenda.
