Supporting workforce development in the Tees Valley

Purpose

To address recognised skills gaps of organisations by providing a continuum of face-to-face, online and hybrid training and development solutions to people and organisations in the Tees Valley. 

Solution

A co-created programme of workforce development solutions for organisations in the Tees Valley, including:

• Masterclasses and short courses

• Leadership and management programmes e.g. Grow Tees Valley

• Higher level apprenticeships

• Client-led bespoke executive education

• Level 8 qualifications

Impact

Supported the learning, development and improved outcomes of over 600 learners and over 100 Tees Valley-based organisations between 2020 and 2023.
